Guests travelled from all around the world to meet in historical Lisbon for a 4-day celebration of Kaja and Khaled’s marriage. Events took place at a variety of locations including the botanical garden, Jardim Botanico d’Ajuda, and an 18th-century palace plastered in azulejo tiles! They blended Indian and Western traditions and included details like saris, henna artists, a sitar player, a cleansing ceremony and bridal mehndi. The bride, Kaja, designed not only her wedding band, but the personalized napkins and hand-painted the invitation suite.
